A fabulous little bike shop with a huge bike inventory, which now has two locations (Carling /Churchill and Bank/Sunnyside) in Ottawa. Owned by Ken Power, the shop supports the team with all of its bike-related needs. The shop’s top priority is customer service and we can attest to the great service that we have received there. We also enjoy hanging out there with the many drool-worthy rides that the shop has for sale.

An alternative medical and holistic health clinic with chiropractic, massage, and trim-to-fit orthotics services, as well as Active Release Techniques (ART), Trigenics®, Graston Technique, Biomechanical Analysis, Prehabilitation & Rehabilitation and Sport Psychology Consulting. Everyone is welcome at the clinic but we have found them particularly helpful in helping us to prevent and rehabilitate our many sports-related injuries from training recovery to couch-surfing back aches to crash-aftermath. Most of their staff members are experienced with, and participate in, taxing sports such as cycling, running, hockey, and triathlon, so they have an intimate understanding of the special needs of the athlete and have specific treatment and rehabilitation methods to get you back on your feet quickly.
